With an attorney modification, that number is dropped to 20%. You owe it to yourself and your clients or leads to help them keep their homes if that is what they want. 4. Realeflow is our on-line database system. It began as just a database and has become so much more! We host 11 sites with outstanding squeeze pages, that link directly to our database. We have the ability to find our leads other investor properties with the click of a button – networking so easy! We are also getting great direction for our internet marketing. The SIMS program that Greg Clement is generating is taking our marketing to a new level.
5. ANIMOTO is a great site for creating videos – even if you don’t have a video camera! Just upload photos you have or photos in ANIMOTO’s library, put them in the order you want them to play, add music from ANIMOTO’s library or your own, and let ANIMOTO build you a music video!
